I am making this for dinner tonight and my husband is probably going to be grilling it in the rain! I will do my best to get pictures of this one. This recipe comes from a cook book my sister gave me when I was first married. I love this recipe. It is super tasty and I usually have the ingredients on hand. My boys love Ranch dressing. I am particular to the Hidden Valley brand. I don't like any other kind of ranch (I guess I am a ranch snob). The best part, is the bottle comes with the squeeze top. There is nothing like dumping out an entire bottle of ranch on your plate because you were expecting a squeeze top and there wasn't one! Serve this with a green salad and a piece of watermelon for a perfect summer dish!
Easy Grilled Ranch Chicken
1 cup ranch salad dressing
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp basil
4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Dump all ingredients into a large gallon sized zip lock bag. Squeeze out excess air; seal bag. Squish the bag together until ingredients seem to be combined. Refrigerate up to 24 hours until ready to grill. Grill chicken for 15-20 minutes until juices run clear when pierced.
