Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Mmmm, you can never go wrong with Pumpkin and chocolate chips. I have been making this recipe for several years now. We celebrated muffin Monday yesterday with these delicious guys. And you know they are good when we eat an entire batch in one sitting!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 2/3 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 Tbl pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup mini chocolate chips (I like to use mini chocolate chips in muffins)

Mix ingredients well and then add chocolate chips. Pour into prepared muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Don't over bake or they will be dry.
