Peach Muffins

Here's another great recipe to sneak fruit in!I got the recipe from my friend. They are a pretty simple muffin, but I thought that they were still pretty tasty!

Peach Muffins

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar 

1/2-3/4 cup oil*

3 eggs, beaten

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

3 tsp. cinnamon

2-2 1/2-3 cups peaches blended up* (canned or bottled peaches)

3 cups flour

*If you do less oil do more peaches*

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with liners. Cream together sugars, oil, eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake for about 15 minutes (I ended up baking mine for 20 min) Makes ~2 dozen.
