So remember at Christmas how we served this salad three times in pretty much one week? Its that good!
Salad:
1 head Romaine Lettuce
1 bunched Green Onions, chopped
1 head Broccoli, chopped
1 (16oz) pkg Bacon, cooked, drained and chopped
4 Tbl butter
1 pkg Ramen Noodles, broken up (discard seasonings)
1 cup Pecans, chopped
Dressing:
1 cup Oil
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 Tbl Soy Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix lettuce, onion, and broccoli. Melt butter and mix with broken noodles and pecans. Baked at 350 until lightly browned. Stir occasionally. Cool completely. Mix all dressing ingredients together. Toss all ingredients when read to serve.
